this is life. this is what i do. i'm not a specialist in anything and i'm willing to try a lot of things. the funky hair do's for my tomboy princess. the crafting i love. good, bad, and flaming in the kitchen. our exploration of the world around us. the results of my camera carrying ocd. random and possibly poetic ramblings. anything else that lands, escapes, blooms, or erupts from this world inside my brain.
these are my adventures.

nutella no-bakes
1 Cup Butter/Margarine
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Nutella or Generic Hazelnut Cream
3 Cup Rolled Oats or Quick Oats
Directions
line a 8inch pan with foil.
on medium high heat, melt your butter in a 3 quart or larger pot and add the sugar, salt and vanilla. bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, just to help the sugar dissolve. stir occasionally to keep it from sticking to the bottom or burning.
turn heat down to medium and add the peanut butter and nutella. stir well and let cook for another five minutes or so. stirring regularly, again just to let the sugar dissolve and give it smoother texture.
turn off heat and add the oats. stir until everything looks evenly covered. it will be thick.
dump everything into your foil lined pan, spread and pat down mixture with a spatula or spoon. cut into bars with a pizza cutter or knife. when cool, lift out the foil, separate bars and enjoy.
