no crust pizza

i got this no carb pizza recipe from pinterest.   i tweaked it so it's probably horribly unhealthy now. . . not really but i'm sure it's not the no carb original.   in fact we made homemade deep fried potato chips with it last night.   and of course, my spaghetti sauce rule is that it must be served with chocolate milk.

all right, let's get this chuck wagon moving -

mix up the crust - 
8oz pkg cream cheese
2 eggs
heaping 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.   i just threw in a handful
italian seasoning
pepper
i just put in a good half tablespoon of italian i think.   i poured some in my hand and threw it in and peppered it some.

mix it up and bake at 350* for about 8 minutes.   the original calls for a 9x13 but i don't have one of those here.   mine is closer to 8x11.   the crust turns out thicker, which i think is better.  the crust  puffs up and looks dry and cracks some when it's ready.

when your crust is done, spread out some spaghetti sauce and top with cheese, and whatever toppings you like.   i chopped up a package of lunch meat ham and some pineapple for my toppings.   i spread it on thick, cuz i can!   i actually forgot my cheese until the ham and pineapple were on.   it held things together better that way so i'll be doing that from now on.   pop it back in the oven until the cheese melts and your done!

this is not pick up and eat pizza.   you have to eat it with a fork.   it's still really good though.   we've made it now a couple of times and i just had some cold for breakfast. . . with chocolate milk of course.
